Some random pictures, maybe a few captions.
Enjoy!
Isaac made this ornament last year at Montessori with a paper plate, some noodles, and paint.
So simple, it's probably one of my favorites!
I love how the distortion from the sphere makes my midsection look ginormous.
Everyone had a chance to put the star on top -- same as last year.
This is Olivia. She did it all by herself!
I love these penguins!

The Building of a Tree
As is the tradition at our house, we put up the Christmas tree the day after Thanksgiving.
Chad dug out the box from storage.
Don't you love the map of how to assemble the tree?
We let the kids do the assembly of the main "trunk" of the tree and the adding of supportive feet.
Funny thing happened.
After figuring out how to put the feet on, they were ready to stand it up.
When they did, all the feet fell off and they had to start again.
They were a little mad when we laughed.
Isaac and Chad were master assemblers.
Ezren tried, but he was much better suited to sorting the branches.
Olivia was the director, making sure everyone knew their job.
And she was also the top of the tree readier.
The tree is together and ready to be decorated!
